On this page you’ll find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. Hopefully, you’ll be able to find out everything you need to know about our services here. If there’s anything you’re missing though, any questions that remain unanswered, then you can still contact us with your own query – and we’ll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
What will happen if my flight is delayed?
You have nothing to worry about — we follow flight schedules online, and we know exactly when your flight is due to land. You can be confident that we’ll be there to meet you from the airport, and we’ll never expect additional payment… even if we have to wait for your delayed flight.
What should I do if the date or time of my flight is changed?
You should simply inform us of the new date and time, by sending an email to: email@example.com We’ll take it from there, by simply transferring your booking to the new time.
What does a private transfer include?
When you book a private or individual transfer, it means you’ll be travelling separately without any other passengers in the vehicle. As you won’t be waiting around for other passengers to join you, you’ll also get a faster transfer – the vehicle will start as soon as your baggage is loaded.
Who will meet me at the airport, and where can I find them?
Our driver will meet you directly at the airport, and they’ll be holding a name plate to help you find the right person! Just look for your chauffeur in the arrivals lounge – they’ll be ready to help you from there with your baggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow airport schedules closely, and are always ready to meet a flight when it lands… even if it’s delayed. Your driver will be waiting at the airport for you after your flight lands, and there’s no additional payment expected for a delay.
What happens if I miss my flight?
If for any reason you’re not able to arrive at the airport for the agreed date or hour, then please – give us a call, and let us know the situation as early as you’re able to.
What should I do if my baggage is missing and I have to wait at the airport until it’s recovered?
If there’s a problem with your baggage collection, then please inform your driver by phone. The driver will be able to wait for you at the airport for as much as an hour, while you sort out your luggage – and there’s no extra charge for this service.
What sort of vehicles do you use for transfers?
Depending on our clients’ needs, we offer a whole fleet of different vehicles. Before your booking is confirmed our operator will be happy to discuss your needs with you and ensure that you’re getting the perfect vehicle for the job!
How much baggage will I be able to take with me for the transfer?
Each passenger is entitled to load two large suitcases, in addition to hand luggage. There are no limitations when it comes to weight – but if your baggage is a non-standard size, then it’d help if you could inform us at the time of your registration.
Do you transfer pets?
We can transfer your pets, provided they are being transported in special travel carriers – and only when they are accompanied by their owners.
Do you transfer wheelchairs?
Yes – collapsible wheelchairs are transferred without additional fees, but in such cases it will always help if you can inform us of your needs in advance.
What does your complimentary baggage assistance service include?
Our driver will carry your baggage from the front door of your hotel, all the way to the entrance of the airport terminal; and this service is always complimentary.
Are there additional transfer charges for children?
No – our prices always refer to the hire of the entire vehicle. It ought to be noted that young children should not ride in your lap; but rather, they can be seated in special children’s car seats that will be provided as a complimentary service.
Will I have to wait for other passengers?
No, our transfers are personalised services – as soon as you’re out of the airport with your luggage in hand, your driver will help to load it and you’ll be able to leave right away.
How can I contact my driver once I’ve arrived in Bulgaria?
Once your booking has been confirmed, we’ll contact you with a name and phone number for your driver. You shouldn’t need it – but you’ll have it there, just in case you need to contact them for any reason.
Do you have the capacity to transfer my sports gear – stuff like skis, snowboards, surfboards or bikes?
Yes, we can transfer sports gear. There’s no extra charge for this service, but you will need to let us know about your needs in advance so we can make sure we send a vehicle that’s big enough!
How do I make the payment?
You can pay for your transfer or taxi service on arrival – advance payments won’t be necessary. Our drivers are able to accept payments in US Dollars, in Euros, or in Bulgarian Levs.
How do I book a service?
To make a booking, just get in touch with us and register your booking query – you can contact us over the phone, by email, using our online contact form or even using Skype. After that we’ll be able to discuss your needs and confirm an itinerary, vehicle, the conditions and the cost of your service. Shortly after agreeing on your itinerary, you’ll get an email from us once again confirming all the details – as well as providing you with a name and contact number for your driver. And that’s all there is to it!
