I found Yuri and this company online and we conversed via Viber and confirmed all by email from Ireland. OMG what can I say. My mother (in her 70's) had on-going mobility issues and at that time could not walk at all really. Herself, my Dad and their friends travelled from Sofia to Bozhentsi (nearly three hours) after getting off a long flight from Ireland, with this company. They were meeting us and other friends and family in Bozhentsi. The drivers were amazing, they had two cars on the way there and three on the way back. They lifted and laid and took care of my parents and their friends, all their luggage and all their food and water stop needs, as if they had known them all their life. This company are totally reliable, totally accessible and extremely professional. My parents and their friends felt really safe.
